Will Judge reveal the FBI’s cover-up of Konnech servers?

Artificial intelligence created this image. It depicts the start of Thursday’s closed-door hearing in Federal Judge Trevor McFadden’s courtroom. Defendants Joe Kent and Allison Lawter are sitting to the left. To the right is former FBI Director Christopher Wray and Molly Gaston, a federal prosecutor. Gaston was on Jack Smith's team that prosecuted Trump in Florida. Smith dismissed the case on Nov. 25th, 2024.

On Thursday at 10 a.m. Joe Kent will ask the court to release an FBI memo dated Sept. 12, 2024, to the public.

Joe Kent resigned on March 17th.

He was the former Director of the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC),

The memo reads:

"All investigative activities regarding Konnech Inc. and affiliated entities in the Southern District of Texas are to be stayed, effective immediately. Any gathered digital evidence must be mirrored and transferred to WFO-Cyber for 'De-Confliction' and National Security review."

The evidence is marked “Exhibit C-1.”

If this evidence is already in the public domain, how can Judge McFadden order it sealed?

Details of the federal court case are:

  • Case Name: United States v. (Allison) Lawter and (Joe) Kent

  • Case Number: 26-cr-00142-TNM

  • Presiding Federal District Judge: Trevor N. McFadden

  • Date: Thursday, April 9th

  • Time: 10 a.m. (Closed Session) / 10:30 a.m. (Public)

  • Location: E. Barrett Prettyman U.S. Courthouse, 333 Constitution Ave NW, Washington, D.C.

  • Courtroom: Courtroom 2 (Second Floor).

The Public Hearing will start at 10:30 a.m.

Joe Kent will be charged with a variety of crimes then.

His attorney has already filed a “Motion to Dismiss for Prosecutorial Misconduct” against federal prosecutors:

Kent’s attorney has submitted evidence that the Justice Department was aware of the "Houston Stand-Down" long before it charged Allison Lawter.

She is a co-defendant in the Joe Kent case.

The meetings were on:

  • Dec. 19th

  • Dec. 12th

The stand-down means the FBI and DOJ killed the indictments the Houston FBI submitted against Konnech CEO Eugene Yu and Dominion Voting Systems.

Yu is a Chinese spy.

His PollChief software remains in use by county election boards throughout the U.S., even though the FBI has evidence that:

  • Konnech and Dominion are not secure and

  • transmit their clients’ election data to Wuhan, China.

If Judge McFadden grants Kent’s motion to dismiss, Allison K. Lawter is the remaining defendant.

Lawter’s arrest was on March 20th.

Until then, she led the FBI’s Office of General Counsel.

Allison was in charge of the evidence.

The prosecutors are protecting her.

As unit chief, John Pellettieri is the FBI’s Public Integrity "Enforcer".

He operates the Public Integrity Section.

This unit approves charges against public officials like Joe Kent.

In Sept. 2024, John Pellettieri, a former attorney for the Justice Department, issued a directive.

At that time, John was the unit chief of the FBI’s Public Integrity Division.

He was known as Lawter’s “Enforcer.”

Pellettieri blocked any prosecution involving election technology contractors like Konnech by covering it up under his control.

John called it “centralizing” the Konnech probe in the FBI’s D.C. Office under his oversight.

In the process, he killed the Houston FBI’s Grand Jury investigation of Konnech CEO Eugene Yu.

In Oct. 2024, however, Lawter, acting as Chief Division Counsel, was the one who physically and legally "processed" the transfer of the Konnech investigation files from Houston to D.C.

Sen. Charles Grassley (R-IO) had Senate Judiciary meetings last week.

He said Allison Lawter killed the FBI’s prosecution of Konnech.
