According to cyber experts in the Konnech Houston Federal Court case.
Konnech is an election software company based in China.
Its CEO Eugene Yu has sued True the Vote, a non-profit, for a million dollars in a defamation case.
Yu said that their directors lied when they said his election software stores its data in China.
The trial will start on August 26th, 2024, at 9 a.m.
Just in time to re-elect Joe Biden and his one-party Congress.
The next Presidential Election is on November 5th, 2024.

The evidence has one common theme:
Konnech has stored data from over a thousand U.S. Election Boards in China.
The Los Angeles Prosecutors Office anticipates disclosing what is on the Konnech servers on Thursday.
The servers have enough space to store all of America’s election data.
Has it?
The fake news has reported that Eugene Yu’s criminal $2.6 million embezzlement case has been dismissed.

How safe and secure are America’s elections?
None of it?
How can it be when election data is as porous as a sieve and controlled by the China Communist Party (CCP)?
Here is a sample of what is in the evidence:
Boston, Massachusetts
St. Charles, Missouri (NW St. Louis)

Douglas County, Georgia (20 miles west of Atlanta)
Fairfax County, Virginia (a suburb of Washington, D.C.)
And Detroit?
Their Election Board thought they canceled their contract on Oct. 4th.
However, it was too late.
Chicago is using Konnech software in tomorrow’s election for Mayor.
Have the votes already been counted?
According to True the Vote, Allegheny County (Pittsburgh, PA) was notified of its election data breach on Friday.
What happens when the defense can prove it was telling the truth in a defamation case?
Is the case dismissed?
Or do the attorneys drag it out to bleed their clients’ hundreds of thousands of dollars in fees and expenses?
