Judge ordered the transfer of the LADA’s Eugene Yu-Konnech evidence to an Atlanta court on Jan. 24th
Today the Judge re-affirmed his Sept. 25th ruling.
The evidence is going here:
Fulton County Superior Court
7741 Roswell Road Ste 253. Atlanta, GA 30350
From there:
Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office
211 W. Temple St., #1200, Los Angeles, California, 90012
213-974-3512
According to the Judge’s order dated Dec. 9th, the release of the evidence will be delayed until Jan. 24th.
Konnech’s attorneys filed a motion in Oct. 9th to appeal the case.
They hired their own court reporter.
A copy of the transcript was ordered.
What is the evidence Konnech is trying to destroy and protect from public disclosure?
It took nine pages for Konnech's attorneys to detail all of it.

However, LA DA Luke Sisak forwarded the evidence to Konnech CEO Eugene Yu in Malaysia on April 27th.
He moved there over a year ago, in November 2022.
Sisak has no evidence to forward to the Fulton County Court in Atlanta, Georgia.
According to the Stanley Mosk Clerk of Court in LA, today’s ruling will appear on the court record tomorrow.
Malaysia to LA is 18 hours by plane

Judge Daniel Crowley’s nine-page ruling dated Jan. 19th at 4:03 p.m. was posted today at 9:32 p.m.

He reversed his prior ruling.
Crowley refused to release the Konnech evidence to the Fulton County Court in Atlanta.
Why?
It was to hide the fact that the LA DA had already returned the Konnech evidence to Eugene Yu in Malaysia.
On Nov. 16th, 2022, Judge Victoria Bedrossian Wilson ordered it returned to Konnech along with Eugene Yu’s passport.
Here is a copy of Judge Wilson’s journal entry:
Judge orders seized evidence returned in Eugene Yu Konnech case
On Nov. 22nd, 2022, Yu left LA on a plane to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The FBI escorted him there with the evidence.
According to Konnech's attorneys, criminal charges against Yu were dropped earlier that day.
Eugene was charged with engaging in a criminal conspiracy to embezzle $2.7 million from LA County.
He will not return to the U.S.
His record of being an American citizen for 25 years in Lansing, Michigan, was wiped clean by Homeland Security and Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D-MI).
Details are in this story:
Who cleaned Eugene Yu’s criminal record?
Who represented the LA DA at Wednesday’s hearing?
Konnech.
It is in the transcript on page one of Crowley’s ruling, imaged here:
Who wrote the Judge Crowley’s order?
Konnech.
It wasn’t signed.
Also, no court reporter was there to transcript the hearing.
Without a transcript, there is no official record of what happened last week at the Konnech evidence hearing.
And according to the Clerk of Court, it was supposed to be a “minute entry.”
What’s that?
An order that is four lines and fits on half a page.
Updated Jan. 24th at 8:30 a.m.
Judge Daniel Crowley canceled today’s hearing in LA’s Stanley Mosk Courtroom.
Without notice.
Why?
Because he can.
Yesterday, the LA Commissioners paid Eugene Yu $5 million.
