Hilson to dismiss the Stefanie Lambert case

Why would Prosecutor Dale (DJ) Hilson dismiss the Stefanie Lambert case?
Because DJ knows he will lose if the case goes to trial.
On Dec. 17th, Judge Jeffery S. Matis will set a trial date for next year.
Hilson:
However, admissions in a Grand Jury transcript by Jonathan Brater, Michigan’s Election Czar, on March 7th last year, destroys the Prosecution’s case.
Brater is Michigan’s Chief Election Officer.
He instructs the state’s election officials on election law issues.
Brater admits, however, that he has no power to enforce election law.
He can only make recommendations.
According to Brater, counties, not the State of Michigan, own the state’s election software and hardware.
Therefore, Lambert did not break Michigan law because she obtained permission from the Antrim County Clerk before examining its election systems.
Brater also said county clerks are free to sell their voting machines “on eBay for $500 . . .”
Michigan has no local Election Boards.
Instead, local county clerks of courts administer local elections.

Hilson has filed motions to cover up Brater’s Grand Jury testimony from the Lambert trial.
Judge Matis will rule on the matter next month.

Dismiss the Stefanie Lambert case before the trial, then refile it in a year.

David Becker, an operative of Hillary Clinton

They are in charge of Michigan’s voting and tabulation systems.

Judge Matis delayed ruling on a:
trial date
whether to quash Lambert’s indictment.
If the motion is approved, Stefanie’s case is dismissed.
There is no trial.
However, if dismissed, Prosecutors can file new charges.
Matis said these matters were “taken under advisement.”
The Judge said he “will rule soon.”
