Trump trials are delayed four years, not dismissed
President Donald J. Trump
Two criminal trials against President Donald J. Trump ended the same way last week.
“Dismissed without prejudice.”
That means the charges can be refiled when Trump is no longer President—four years from now.
Although signed by different federal judges in Florida and Washington, DC, they are similar in language to this:
For the fake criminal federal charges against Trump to end, he has to have the:
Justice Department file a dismissal of all charges “with prejudice” or
Pardon himself.
However, state and local prosecutors will refile to revive anti-Trump cases in New York and Georgia.
