Case dismissed on Jan. 13th?
Or will the prosecutors refile?
Michigan’s Special Prosecutors are:
Heather Bloomquist
Tim Maat
Dale J. Hilson
Judge Jeffrey Matis
Matis is the Chief Circuit Judge of the Oakland County Court in Pontiac, Michigan.
He ordered “a preliminary examination” of the case on March 27th.
Matis did not explain or specify what he meant by that.
On March 25th, however, he set the case for trial.
The next day, Matis sent the case to Judge Meineke.
Matis is also the trial judge in the Stefanie Lambert case.
A coincidence?
