It only takes two people to steal elections in Michigan.
They are:
Larry Royster, Chief of Staff, MI Supreme Court, and
Jonathan Brater, Director of the Michigan Bureau of Elections
Jonathan Brater, MI Election Czar
Both are unelected bureaucrats.
They have been doing it since Sept. 23rd, 2020.
Who granted them the authority to supercede Michigan’s state government?
The Michigan Supreme Court (MSC).
They made Royster the mandatory point of contact for any Chief Judge in Michigan with an election-related filing on their docket.
Details are in this story:
Larry has jurisdiction to prepare the Supreme Court:
for emergency bypass appeals, or stays
Resulting in the dismissal of all election-related fraud actions:
in a matter of hours
Royster’s partner in fraud is Jonathan Brater.
He is the Director of the Michigan Bureau of Elections.
Brater is an unelected bureaucrat who oversees Michigan’s Bureau of Elections.
Why?
Because Jocelyn Benson, MI’s Secretary of State, refuses to accept job responsibility.
She hired Brater to do her job so she wouldn't be liable for anything.
If something goes wrong, Benson can blame Jonathan.
In effect, Benson gets paid for doing nothing.
No one in Michigan holds her accountable for dereliction of duties.
State of Michigan press release dated Nov. 25th, 2019
Brater can and has changed state laws to prosecute lawyers like Stefanie Lambert for representing clients in election fraud cases.
He can get away with it because MI’s Supreme Court protects him.
Details are in these stories:
Stefanie Lambert is going to jail
Hilson to dismiss the Stefanie Lambert case
MI AG filed false charges in three election cases
