Judge blessed MI’s midterm election steal
Control of Michigan’s mid-term elections was stolen today by Federal District Judge Hala Jarbou.
Details are in her 23-page order, released today in U.S. versus Benson.
Jarbou’s ruling supercedes both federal and state election laws.

“HAVA, the NVRA, and the CRA (federal voting laws) do not allow the U.S. to obtain the records at issue in this case.”

These rulings, concocted by the MI Supreme Court, were used to nullify state and federal election laws just as Judge Jarbou did earlier today.
It resulted in the stealing of:
The Presidency of Donald J. Trump in 2020
a U.S. Senate seat allegedly won by Gary Peters (D-MI) in 2020
Republicans losing control of the Michigan Supreme Court, House, and Senate in 2024.
$1.5 million in bribes were paid to Michigan Supreme Court Justice Kyra Bolden to dismiss two election fraud cases involving Jocelyn Benson, MI Secretary of State.
The cases involved the court’s administrative ruling dated Oct. 24th, 2024, above.

Jeffrey Matis and Hala Jarbo, MI, were appointed on Oct. 20th, 2015, as judges in Oakland County, Pontiac, MI, by Gov. Rick Snyder (R-MI).
Next month, Judge Matis will cite today’s decision by Jarbo to convict Stefanie Lambert of numerous phony state-related election charges.
Lambert’s trial starts on March 2nd.
