DOJ opened a new division— National Fraud Enforcement

On Jan. 28th, Colin McDonald was nominated as the first Assistant Attorney General for National Fraud Enforcement.

This newly created division of the Justice Department has nationwide jurisdiction.

It focuses on large-scale fraud against federal programs.
