New Postal rules remove postmarks on mail-in ballots
Kevin Rayburn has a special role in stealing next year’s Midterm Elections.
As an attorney for the U.S. Post Office (USPS), he writes its rules regarding mail-in ballots.
Starting now, they will pass through the Post Office without postmarks.
Rayburn wrote the new rules on Aug. 15th.
