It was Stan Garnett, Dominion Voting’s criminal attorney, according to an admission by Jonathan Jacobson, a trial attorney in the Justice Department (DOJ).

Stan Garnett is Dominion Voting’s criminal attorney.

Garnett is a partner of a law firm based in Denver called Brownstein.

Mrs. Peters has been in a Colorado prison for over a year, with eight more years to go.

Mrs. Peters has petitioned the Colorado Federal Court for release on bond pending her appeal in May.
