Stefanie Lambert’s trial starts July 14th

In effect, Stefanie Lambert, an attorney from Detroit, has already been found guilty of four felonies, despite her trial not starting until July 14th at 8:30 a.m. in Oakland County Circuit Court, Pontiac, Michigan.

Stefanie is facing:

  • up to five years in jail for all charges, plus

  • fines up to $1000.

They are:

  • two charges of undue possession of a voting machine, 168.932 (B)

  • unauthorized access conspiracy 168.932 (B) (C)

  • unauthorized access conspiracy (C)

Because they are state, rather than federal charges, President Donald J. Trump cannot pardon Lambert.

The people behind the conspiracy to imprison Stefanie Lambert are three judges and four fake news media outlets.

The judges are:

  • Trial Judge Jeffery S. Matis, Oakland County Circuit Court

  • Federal Magistrate Moxila A. Upadhyaya, District of Columbia

  • Federal Judge Carl J. Nichols, District of Columbia (DC)

The four fake news media outlets are:

  • CBS’ David Becker and Madeline Carlisle Colbert

  • AP (Associated Press)

  • Detroit News, Craig Mauger

  • MIRS (Michigan Information & Research Service), Samantha Shriber, John Reurink, and Kyle Melinn
