CGI has controlled elections in LA, CA, since 2020
The lawsuit filed Wednesday by the Justice Department pertains to a list of registered voters in Orange County, California.
Orange County, located in suburban Los Angeles, is 87.3 miles northwest of Tijuana, Mexico.

Assistant Attorney General Harmeet K. Dhillon of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division filed the case in the Federal District Court of California in Los Angeles.
“Non-citizens in Orange County are being registered to vote (since Jan. 1st, 2020).”
The investigation will reveal the number of:
fraudulent ballots from stolen identities
non-citizens
dead people
who have voted illegally since January 2020.
As of today, there are 1,895,607 registered voters in Orange County, according to the Registrar of Voters.

The eighth person is Robert Page, Voting Registrar of Orange County.
Numbers nine and ten were election officials:
Audilia Lozada, Los Angeles County Registrar of Voters (formerly of San Bernardino County through Oct. 2023).

According to Dominion’s emails linked above, CGI admitted that California’s voting systems, including those in Orange County, were compromised.
It was confirmed on June 9th, 2020, by Goran Obradovic, Dominion’s VP of Engineering.
The flaws were never fixed before Election Day.
Dominion admitted finding a “design flaw” or “serious bug” three days after the Nov. 5th, 2020, Presidential Election.

According to Robert Page, it has been legal for non-citizens to vote in federal elections since 1993.
Congress never changed the law.
In effect, public officials and election workers in California, like Page, get paid for doing nothing.
He has no intention of turning over Orange County’s election data to federal prosecutors.
