Update

Musetta Tia Johnson was nominated to the Military Appeals Court.

She has no judicial or criminal law experience.

Has she ever been in a courtroom?

Instead, her experience is linked here:

https://www.dhs.gov/person/m-tia-johnson

Johnson has been a Pentagon public relations person to Congress.

Will Johnson be appointed to guarantee that none of the Gitmo prisoners be sentenced to death or life?
