Supreme Court can reverse Gitmo convictions
If that is the case, why bother with the trials?

The defendant is Abd al-Hadi al-Iraqi.
He has been in prison for 14 years.
He is accused of:

Filings made in March are unavailable to the public.
Transcripts of the hearings are posted on the internet.
Closed-circuit (CCTV) sites are at these locations:

Johnson has been a Pentagon public relations person to Congress.
Will Johnson be appointed to guarantee that none of the Gitmo prisoners be sentenced to death or life?
