Supreme Court overrules 1.9% of its cases
Two days ago in Houston, Chief Justice John Roberts said his court overrules 1.9% of its cases.
He said that it is the most serious misconception of the court.
Another misconception is:
“The notion that the Supreme Court carries the views of the people who appointed us is absurd.”
Roberts was appointed 20 years ago by President George W. Bush.
“The issues before the court today, no one would have thought would be a big deal today,” said Roberts.
