Judge Victoria B. Wilson ordered evidence returned in the Eugene Yu case.

Tomorrow at 8:30 a.m.

It is being held by the Los Angeles (LA) District Attorney (DA).

Yu is Konnech's CEO.

His company designs and sells software that runs elections.

It is based in China.

Wilson is a Judge in Los Angeles County, California Superior Court.

Yu gets back his:

  • passport.

  • an encrypted device with 350 terabytes of data

Enough to store data of every registered voter in the country.

Plus plenty to spare for the rest of the world including the 56 countries where the UN’s Carter Center has been rigging elections like in Brazil.

The Carter Center is part of the United Nations (UN).

They “observe” elections in:

  • Alaska

  • Arizona

  • Georgia

  • Michigan

  • Nevada

  • New Mexico

  • Pennsylvania

  • Wisconsin

Without evidence, what is left of the LA DA’s embezzlement case against Eugene Yu for embezzlement and conspiracy?

Why then did the Judge schedule another hearing?

According to court records, Yu’s $500,000 cash bond was returned on Nov. 9th.

His whereabouts along with his wife, Donna Wang, are unknown.

Are they back in China?

Editor’s note

In California, state and local court records are not public records.

The LA Superior Court is a separate, closed system.

It has no duty to report nor are they accountable to the public.

Even if Judges there are elected.

The two images of the court summary in the Yu case were taken from a public computer in the Clerk of Courts Office.

The court terminal is not connected to a printer.

By a rotating staff of a five-person team from Citizens News.

Court transcripts are four to seven dollars a page.
