So why do tens of thousands of Elections Boards use Scytl software? The federal government paid for it.

So they don’t get arrested in the U.S. None live here. Who are they? For Dominion Voting Systems in Belgrave, Serbia, they are Branko Kolasinovic, Bojan Djordjevic, and Goran Obradović. For Paragon, Scytl, and Konnech in Barcelona, Spain, it is Luis Nabergoi.
