Feds catch and release Chinese spies
After indictment, Chinese spies rarely, if ever, end up in jail.
Instead, they fly back to China, reassigned, and go on another mission.
For instance, take three spies indicted Wednesday for making bioweapons using federal grants at the University of Michigan.
Only charges were filed.
None are:
in jail
have been tried, or
will be sentenced to federal prison.
Instead, they have returned to China, avoiding prosecution and waiting for reassignment.
Miss Shenxung Han, a Chinese spy, above, is back in China waiting for another assignment.

The University of Michigan fired the three Chinese spies in September.
However, the University of Michigan continues to receive federal grants to operate the X.Z. Shawn Xu Lab in the Life Sciences Institute of the University of Michigan.

According to its President, after 20 years, the U. of Michigan stopped doing bioweapons research for the CCP in the their school’s labs.
The CCP is the Chinese Communist Party.

The Justice Department has never sued or collected the money from the University’s trustees.
They are personally liable for restoring the grant money wrongfully accepted and spent.

Defendant sentenced to “Time Served”

The defendant, Miss Shenxung Han, was allegedly incarcerated on June 10th by Elizabeth A. Stafford, U.S. Magistrate Judge.
However, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, she was never transferred to their custody by U.S. Marshals.
Instead, she returned to China on Sept. 10th.
It is in the federal court record.
What happened to the other two Chinese spies doing bioweapon research at the University of Michigan?
Nothing.
Are they back in China?
The State Department, FBI, and Justice Department:
never made a prisoner exchange for Konnech CEO Eugene Yu.
He works for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) on the Pentagon's cloud defense system in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

LA DA, who indicted Konnech CEO Eugene Yu, works for the DOJ
Eric V. Neff is a DOJ attorney who was assigned last week to a voting rights fraud case against Robert Page, the Orange County, CA, Registrar.
Neff was the LA DA who brought $2.7 million in embezzlement and conspiracy charges against Chinese spy and Konnech CEO Eugene Yu.
The LA DA dropped the charges, Neff was suspended, and federal charges were ignored.
After fleeing the country in Nov. 2022, Eugene Yu was reassigned by his employer, Homeland Security, to work on the Pentagon’s cloud cyber project in Malaysia.
Neither the FBI nor the DOJ has issued an arrest warrant to bring Yu back to the U.S. to face criminal conspiracy charges for violating national security.
