Congress to dissolve the MD District Court, too
On Tuesday, the Justice Department sued all the judges in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
The complaint is 22-pages and is linked here:

According to the Justice Department, this is another rogue federal court that abuses its power by illegally overruling the:
U.S. Supreme Court’s decisions and
President’s Executive Orders
regarding immigration and deportation matters.
Since none of the Maryland Federal District Court Judges will voluntarily withdraw themselves from hearing immigration and deportation cases, the Justice Department wants them:
removed
replaced with a visiting judge from another district.
How likely is that to happen?
When?
However, Congress is considering dissolving the Federal District of Columbia (DC) for the same reasons.
Details are in this story dated March 21st:
Mike Johnson, Speaker of the House and third in line to the Presidency, is already on record supporting:
defunding and
dissolving
rogue federal courts.
Another option is to sue Maryland’s District Judges under civil federal RICO statutes.
