The “Environmental Justice for All” Act.
But it is not.
It is only for non-profits.
That is what it says at the bottom of Page 83 of the 137-pages of the bill.

What chances does HR 2021 have of being passed?
One party controls Congress and the Presidency.
It will pass unless voters elect a new Congress on Nov. 8th to overturn it.
Regardless of the outcome, the bill’s language expresses the intent of Congress.
Billions more for non-profits with nothing to do after cashing the checks.
How much money is in HR 2021?
$450 million.
The purpose of bill HR 2021 is to create an “Environmental Justice” division in the Justice Department, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the United Nations (UN) Council of Human Rights.
Earlier today, the UN declared environmental justice to be a human right.
Their press release is attached below:
Joe Biden finalized the transfer of the Justice Department to the UN on May 19th.
Details are in this story:
Key provisions of the bill include:
allowing one person, a non-elected “Administrator”, to decide what the law is and who gets the $450 million provided in the bill (page 19)
admitting it has no plan for the money (pages 34, 35, 36)
an appeal process that reverses a decision made by the President (page 46)

grants are automatically renewed without work conditions (page one of 137 pages)
