Tina Peters faces up to 23 years in jail, which is a life sentence because of her age.

Mrs. Peters was the former Grand Junction, Colorado, County Clerk in charge of elections.

Her sentencing hearing on Oct. 3rd is on the court calendar for two and a half hours. Why so long?

Defense attorneys will file an appeal on Monday.

Mesa County, Colorado Judge Matthew D. Barrett ruled that Dominion Voting Systems' reports and emails released to the public are inadmissible.
