It will be broadcast live on the Mesa County Courtroom site linked below:
Prosecutors charged Tina with multiple alleged election system breaches.

Barrett ruled that Peters cannot subpoena documents from US Dominion Voting Systems if they lead to the dismissal of her criminal charges.
What about Dominion reports and emails already released to the public?
The Judge’s order failed to exclude them.
During the trial, will Barrett order them inadmissible, too?
Like this 19-page Dominion report submitted to the Election Assistance Commission on March 16th last year.
In it, Dominion admitted that its election software is defective.
Furthermore, its programmers will make no corrections until after the Nov. 5th Election.
Will Judge Barrett also exclude from evidence 2172 pages of Dominion emails released to the public in May?

Dominion’s emails detail page after page of “errors, bugs, and unsolved problems” in 13 states like:
Alaska
Arizona
California
Colorado
Georgia
Florida
Michigan
New York
New Mexico
Ohio
Pennsylvania
N. Carolina
Wisconsin
According to Dominion, their SolarWinds interface software was defective on Election Day, November 2nd, 2020, until 5:24 p.m.
Dominion’s voting system has ballot scanners connected to the internet to read digital images of ballots marked by:
hand
machine, or
mailed in.
SolarWinds software sends Dominion’s ballot images to global wireless networks for vote tabulation.
It can identify every device connected to any voting machine system.
SolarWinds can detect how votes were altered or destroyed and by whom.
Because SolarWinds was compromised during the 2020 Election, the results were too.
This fiasco resulted in Election Officials losing control of their elections.
They had no idea how, who, or when to count their votes.
Here are the Dominion emails of the SolarWinds fiasco dated Nov. 2nd, 2020:

But, Dominion’s software so-called “fix” failed.
Dominion admitted their software was defective three days after the Nov. 2020 Election
Dominion finds a “design flaw” or “serious bug” three days after the election.

Dominion admitted in these four stories that their software was designed to steal elections.
Will the Judge exclude them as evidence in the Peters’ trial too?
