According to Grant Bradley, a key employee who worked directly with Konnech CEO Eugene Yu. Konnech is an election software company based in China. Bradley’s affidavit was filed in Houston Federal Court on Friday. It is evidence marked as “Exhibit H.” It is four pages and is imaged in the story.

Congress rinsed a billion dollars of COVID-19 Relief through Becker’s non-profit groups to Election Boards. In exchange for his grant money, Becker’s groups counted their votes. The result was 94.5% of Congress was re-elected on Nov. 8th.
