Tina Peters will die in jail

On Monday, Tina Peters lost her appeal.
She will remain in custody after posting bond.
Tina has eight years left on her nine-year sentence.
Mrs. Peters was found guilty of nine election charges for saying that Dominion Voting Systems:

helped steal the 2020 Election.

Yesterday, President Donald J. Trump issued a pardon to Mrs. Peters.
Magistrate Judge Scott Varhalok issued the dismissal.
Mrs. Peters, 70, is in:
failing health, and
medical treatment denied.
She will die in jail soon.
