Russia has access to 90 million votes using its software product, Parascript. Russia will use it again to steal the Nov. 5th Election from Trump. Parascript’s software reads fake, unfolded, machine-signed mail-in votes, counting them as verified. Parascript’s CEO, Alexander Filatof, was replaced yesterday. He moved back to Malta, where he is immune from prosecution as a Russian spy.

Beijing’s State Street Bank controls Dominion Voting Tabulation Systems. The China bank is their custodian. Homeland Security is Dominion’s custodian and has access to their election data.
