They prevent criminal immigrants from being deported from California and Los Angeles. Judges who issue orders preventing deportation transfers to federal custody are subject to arrest.

Why Trump won the Supreme Court deportation cases
Friday’s Supreme Court decision changed nothing. It reaffirmed Trump’s authority to deport illegal criminal immigrants. The Court won’t rehear the case. Instead, it went back to the lower Court in Abilene, Texas, to determine what a proper deportation order is. They had already ruled that it was.

FBI targets Judge Wang for violating immigration laws
The FBI’s arrest of Denver Federal Judge Nina Y. Wang suspends Dominion’s June 2nd trial against Trump Supporter Mike Lindell for assault, libel, and slander. Wang issued an unlawful injunction on March 21st against the federal government in the immigration case of Jeanette Vizguerra. According to the Justice Department, Wang’s injunction is illegal because it protects a criminal felon. The FBI determines the date of the Judge’s arrest. The court will reschedule the Dominion vs. Mike Lindell trial.

Dominion rigs the Mike Lindell trial starting June 2nd
Fixing a case starts with picking the judge. The Senate confirmed Nina Wang on July 19th, 2022. Two weeks later, on August 2nd, 2022, she was assigned Dominion’s libel case against Mike Lindell. Coincidence? Before being a judge, Wang was a patent attorney. She has no trial experience.

Federal courts have no jurisdiction over immigration
Congress stripped the federal courts of jurisdiction on immigration issues when it passed H.R. 5678, the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952. According to Congress, illegal non-residents do not have the same rights as American citizens. Congress limits the jurisdiction of federal courts.

Supreme Court to strike down Trump’s deportation policies
Chief Justice John Roberts tipped off the decision on May 5th when he said, “The Judiciary is a co-equal branch of government that can strike down acts of Congress or the President.” According to Roberts, the Supreme Court has the final say on national security issues, not President Trump or the Congress. Trump will ignore the Court’s ruling.

Obama’s mole in the Patent Office fired for security leaks
Carla Hayden opened the spigot of data sent to China from the U.S. Patent Office in DC to their office in Jakarta, Indonesia. Her job was to stop it. According to 17 semi-annual Inspectors General reports to Congress and eight audits, Carla failed to do her job. Trump fired her on Thursday.

Roberts covers up his plot to remove Justices Alito, Thomas
Chief Justice Roberts needed help from congressional co-conspirators Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) and Hank C. Johnson (D-GA). The evidence of their plot to remove Justices Alito and Thomas is in the DC Federal Court case 25-1232, filed last month. By refusing to honor requests for public information, the cover-up to protect Chief Justice Roberts is making it worse. U.S. Supreme Court attorneys denied the requests on April 22nd, Nov 8th, Sept. 6th, and July 30th.

Trump and Congress control federal courts
Federal courts cannot enforce their rulings. Only the President can. Nor can the courts give themselves a pay raise. Only Congress can. How do courts have equal power to the President or Congress? People get zip in $25 billion COVID case
People injured from COVID-19 shots got nothing in a federal court case against China. The $25 billion award went to the State of Missouri to reimburse lost tax revenues sustained during the pandemic fiasco. Missouri will sell land owned by China to pay the damages. China’s Foreign Affairs Minister, Geng Schuang, called the case “absurd” when the State of Missouri filed the case five years ago.
