Her defense attorneys missed it. Judge Scott Varhalok was the one who suggested Tina Peters, 70, amend her petition for release on bond based on the First Amendment. She said Colorado election officials and Dominion used compromised election systems to steal the 2020 Presidential election. Tina has been in Colorado prisons for over a year because Colorado Courts refuse to hear her appeal. The next hearing has been delayed because of budget cuts.

Feds readied to seize assets of Smartmatic-Dominion-Liberty Vote
Five voting system companies anticipate assets seized by the Justice Department at any time. These election system companies and some of their employees and attorneys face charges of paying bribes and laundering millions to steal elections in the Philippines and North and South America. Federal prosecutor Joshua Paster is handling asset forfeiture. Homeland Security, the DOJ’s Office of International Affairs, and the Philippine Department of Justice are assisting in the case. A 33-page indictment from last year was unsealed and made public yesterday. So far, no arrests. No trial date either. It will take 21 days.

Dominion-Konnech rebranded as Liberty Vote
Nothing changed but the name. Dominion. Konnech, Knowink, and Liberty Vote were rebranded in Delaware business records as Liberty Voting Solutions Corp. on Sept. 22nd. Dominion remains an active Delaware firm with no changes in ownership or title. Their client list includes the Clinton Global Initiative, IFES, USAID, the State Department, the Carter Center, the United Nations, and George Soros’ Open Society.

Ten missing children found in Cleveland
Ten missing children were found in Cleveland by a U.S. Marshals Task Force over the last month. They also made 133 arrests of known fugitives, including 13 known gang members and ten sex offenders. The Cleveland Area Task Force includes 355 people from 17 law enforcement agencies.

MI “fake elector” case dismissed today
A Michigan judge dismissed election fraud, forgery, and conspiracy charges against 15 Republicans. MI AG Dana Nessel (D-MI) filed the false charges. Will the Lansing 15 file a federal civil rights lawsuit against Nessel and other election officials to hold them personally liable for violating their civil rights? Nessel will appeal the case.

Routh’s attempted assassination charge dropped
Why wasn’t Routh charged with the attempted assassination of the President? When was that decision made? Who made it? Instead, Routh is charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon with an obliterated serial number.

PNC launders money overseas for Dominion
PNC Bank’s Foreign Treasury Exchange Department wires money to Dominion’s accounts internationally. Where? The allegations of money laundering between PNC and Dominion are two years old. The Treasury has never told the FBI and Justice Department to investigate. Why? Dominion Voting Systems moved out of the country on Feb. 6th, 2023. The move helps protect their employees from arrest and asset seizure for operating a criminal enterprise.

The Russia dossier hoax was Queen Elizabeth’s idea
Queen Elizabeth sanctioned the Russian dossier hoax for the benefit of the Hillary Clinton Campaign for President in 2016. The Queen dispatched Sir Andrew Wood to create the dossier. Christopher Steele, the public face of the dossier, worked for Sir Andrew. The Brits called the dossier a “pre-election memorandum after the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election, which was “unverified” and “warranted further investigation.”

Politics in Chicago, CLE, sabotage new NFL stadiums
In Chicago, hassles over real estate taxes have torpedoed the city's new professional football stadium. In Cleveland, a denied airport permit has sabotaged their new domed stadium project. Their stadium must be dug below ground, allowing airplanes to fly safely overhead. Also, the proposed site is next to railroad tracks across from Hopkins Airport. So far, no one has mentioned how railroad traffic will stop traffic and create traffic jams going to and from football games, as well as other non-sport events and attractions.
